Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent AGAIN. Finally taking the plunge. Doing EMI vs rent math, lagta hai buy hi better hai. Anyone else made this switch recently? Sector 75 mein dekha tha ek 2BHK. Amaatra Group sahi hai kya? Any thoughts?
