Noida real estate: resale value after 5 years?

I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida property but can't visit to check the quality. Heard mixed reviews about different builders. Honestly not sure who to trust. I'm worried about resale value later. Which builder's projects in Noida have good ROI after 5 years? Also, how is the post-possession maintenance for different builders? Need a property manager, so maintenance is important. Koi batao sahi se. Is it worth investing here?
