Noida real estate: Safe investment from abroad, ya nahi?

I'm based in Dubai, looking to invest in Noida. Can't easily visit, so relying on you guys. Heard good things about Sector 19. Saw some Malik Infrahomes projects online. 2BHK seems ideal for rental income. But is the advertised rental yield real, or just a trap? Also, under-construction scares me after reading so many horror stories. Should I stick to ready-to-move, even if it costs more? Need a property manager too. Koi recommendations? Is Noida still a good investment? Honestly not sure.
