Noida real estate: safe sectors for families?

Since January I've been looking for a 3BHK in Noida, mainly for the kids' school admission next year. My wife's priority is safety, so Sector 44 keeps popping up. But the prices are high! Is it worth the premium? Honestly not sure if I should stretch my budget. I saw some Exotica Housing & Infrastructure projects there. Anyone have experience with them? My budget is around 2 Cr. Also, is ready-to-move really safer than under-construction now? Heard too many RERA stories. Need a place that's safe for the children. Any thoughts? What other sectors should I consider? Should I look at resale options to save some money? Any advice is appreciated!
