Noida real estate scene: Which builder's projects are actually good?

Okay I'll be honest – I'm confused about builders in Noida. Heard mixed reviews about almost everyone. Like, Supertech's past delays are scary, but what about their current projects? Aur ATS Greens ka reputation toh accha hai, but are they worth the premium? Honestly, I'm not sure who is reliable for timely possession these days. Any insights on construction quality, especially after possession? Also, anyone faced hidden charges with any builder recently? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. What's your experience?
