Sector 150 is a better option if you're looking for investment. Prices are higher, but the potential is also greater. Green spaces are more, crowd is slightly better.
Which floor are you looking at? Corner unit? These things matter a lot for resale value.
Traffic is bad everywhere in Noida, bhai. Sector 137 is relatively better because of the metro. But yes, peak hours mein toh sab jagah jam hai.

Same pinch yaar! Sector 137 is promising because of the metro, but RG Group ka naam sunke darr lagta hai. Delayed projects kaafi hain.
