Fed up of renting and my landlord raised rent *again*. Finally taking the plunge and buying something in Noida. I'm looking at Sector 138. JKG Constructions projects look decent, but honestly not sure if it's the *best* area for appreciation. EMI vs rent math is killing me, but building equity seems smarter long term, right? I was considering under-construction to save some initial cost, but all those RERA stories are scary. Is it worth the risk for potentially lower price? Should I just stick to ready-to-move? What's your experience? Noida Extension bhi dekha tha, but Sector 138 seems better connected. What do you guys think?
