Hey everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. I've been considering Sector 39, but I'm not sure if it's the best option. What do you think about the year-on-year growth in Sector 39 compared to other sectors? Has anyone experienced good returns there? Also, I've heard mixed reviews about Way 2 Home Buildcon Pvt.Ltd. Kya aap logon ko pata hai how their projects are performing in terms of appreciation? Which builder would you recommend for long-term investment? What are the risks and challenges I should be aware of? Mujhe advice chahiye! Is it a buyer's or seller's market now? Any suggestions?
