Sector 75 mein property rates are high, but rental yield kitna milega? Noida Extension seems cheaper, but is it worth it? I'm confused. S & U Buildtech Pvt Ltd ke projects kaise hain, anyone invested? Should I go for under-construction or ready-to-move? What's your experience?

Think long term. Noida Extension has a lot of potential. But do your due diligence!
Noida Extension mein social infrastructure abhi bhi developing hai. Schools, hospitals, markets... Sector 75 is much better in that regard.
I'm a tenant looking to buy. Rent toh itna badh gaya hai ki EMI hi better hai. But scared of making the wrong decision.
Personally, I'd choose Sector 75 for peace of mind. Noida Extension is too chaotic right now.
RERA registration number check karo, and also visit the site. See the construction progress yourself.
So, finally what did you decide OP? Sector 75 or Noida Extension?
Kya lagta hai, rates aur badhenge? With the new metro line extension, prices are already going up.
Definitely badhenge! Noida Extension is the future. Just be patient.
Market is unpredictable yaar. But inflation toh hai hi. So, yeah, prices will probably keep climbing.
I'm an NRI looking to invest. What's the process for buying property in Noida?
You'll need an NRO/NRE account. And make sure you comply with FEMA regulations. Hire a good lawyer!
Don't just look at the price per sqft. Check the carpet area! Builders are notorious for inflating the super area.
I bought in Sector 78 three years ago. Location is great, but builder ne bahut rulaya. Still fighting for some amenities.
Which floor are you looking at? Corner unit ya regular?
Good point! Floor matters a lot. Higher floors usually fetch better rent and resale value.
Sector 75 is good for end-use. Noida Extension is more for investment, I think. Purely my opinion though.
Bhai, check the circle rate before investing. It's different for Sector 75 and Noida Extension, and affects your stamp duty.
S&U Buildtech... I think I saw some negative reviews online. Anyone have personal experience?
Haan, I heard they're delaying possession in their Gaur City project. Be careful!
My friend booked a flat with them 5 years ago, still waiting for possession. Stay away!
Sector 75 mein rate toh sky high hai. 10k per sqft se kam nahi milega. But connectivity is amazing, metro is right there.
Noida Extension mein risk zyada hai but if you can wait 5-7 years, the returns could be much higher. Depends on your risk appetite.
Rental yield in Sector 75 is around 2-3% max. Noida Extension might be slightly higher, but vacancy rates can be an issue.
Sector 75 is definitely more developed, but Noida Extension is tempting because of the price. Rental yield depends on the specific project bhai. S&U? Never heard of them. Check their RERA registration first.
ROI is a long game, yaar. Sector 75 has better infrastructure already. Noida Extension is promising, but still a lot of construction going on. Dust allergy ho jaegi!
Under-construction mein risk toh hai, but potential for higher returns. Ready-to-move is safer, but expensive. It's a gamble, basically.
