Noida Real Estate: Sector recommendations and rental yields?

I work in real estate but buying property for myself in Noida is proving tough! Has anyone seen decent rental yields in Atta Village? Or is it better to look at new sectors? Dream Kraft Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is tempting with pre-launch offers, but scared of delays. Should I stick to ready-to-move? Kya scene hai?
