Been looking at Sector 151. Everyone's saying Noida Extension is better ROI. Honestly not sure. Subhlaxmi Developers ka project sahi hai kya? Rent vs EMI, ab samajh nahi aa raha. My parents keep saying buy now or never. Change my mind.
