Kids have moved out, and I'm selling my house. Looking for a manageable flat with an elevator. Is ready-to-move really worth the premium? I've heard stories about construction-linked plans with Yam Construction Pvt Ltd draining people. Should I avoid under-construction, even if the price is tempting in Gaur City 1? What's your experience?
