Noida real estate: Under-construction or ready to move?

**Under-construction risk is completely overblown in my opinion.** RERA has changed the game, hasn't it? I work in real estate but even I'm confused. Bhutani Infra seems reliable, but delayed possessions still scare me. Is the early bird discount worth the risk? What's your experience, people? Sector 25 or nah?
