Ready-to-move flats mein toh OC ka tension nahi hai. But under construction offers better price, right? I'm looking at Cinnamon Group projects in Sector 18. Has anyone invested in their under-construction projects recently? What's your experience been with possession? Plus, what about rental yield? Is it actually achievable in Noida? Should I just stick to ready-to-move for peace of mind? I've seen possession delays can really hurt ROI. What do you guys think?
