Noida real estate: Which builder delivers on time?

Hey all, I'm looking to invest in Noida. Anyone have experience with Godrej Properties or ATS? Which one is better regarding project delivery timelines? Has anyone experienced delays with either? Also, what about construction quality? Is there a noticeable difference? Any insights would be appreciated! I'm mainly looking at residential projects. What's your take? Thanks!
