Hey guys, I'm looking at properties in Noida. Honestly, I'm confused about which builder to trust. What do you think about the construction quality of different builders? I've heard some have hidden charges at possession. Has anyone experienced that? Also, which one has better customer support after booking? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. It's my first property, so I'm a little scared. Any suggestions would be helpful!

Don't blindly trust anyone. Do your homework, visit multiple sites, talk to existing residents, and then make a decision.
Ultimately, it depends on your budget and priorities. Are you looking for luxury, affordability, or investment potential?
My suggestion: visit the actual construction site multiple times. Talk to the workers and see the materials they are using. You'll get a better idea of the quality.

Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. Builder promised a swimming pool and gym, but they're still not functional after 3 years!

Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Rising rates are a concern. Buy soon if you can afford it.

ATS is good, but their maintenance charges are super high after possession. I regret buying there. Sector 150 mein hai mera.
