Noida real estate: Which builder offers better ROI?

Hi all, I'm looking to invest in Noida. What do you think about Ace Group vs Godrej Properties? I'm mainly concerned about ROI and resale value. Has anyone experienced good appreciation with either of these builders in Noida? Which one is better in terms of project delivery timelines and construction quality? Any thoughts on their customer service? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
