Noida real estate: Which builder would you trust more?

Did some digging on Supertech vs. ATS in Noida. Supertech, I've heard horror stories about possession delays and incomplete amenities, matlab society maintain nahi karte properly baad mein. ATS seems better, but their initial price is higher. My parents keep saying ATS is the 'safer' bet even though it's a bit outside my budget. Honestly not sure if the extra EMI is worth it. On the other hand, I'm seeing some resale Supertech apartments in good locations at decent prices. But I'm worried about construction quality issues cropping up later. Anyone had bad experiences with either, especially regarding hidden charges at possession? Which one would you pick if you were in my position? I need some guidance yaar!
