Noida Reality Check: Rent vs EMI math is scary!

Since January I've been seriously looking to buy. Fed up of renting, you know? Landlord raised rent AGAIN. Finally taking the plunge, but the EMI vs rent math isn't adding up like I thought. I'm looking at 2BHKs in Sector 33, near the metro. Loan eligibility toh hai, but the EMIs are HUGE. Honestly not sure if it's worth it. Has anyone else faced this? Am I the only one who thinks the advertised rental yields are a joke? I checked out an Express Builders project, but the PLC charges were insane! Should I just stick to renting and invest elsewhere? Koi advise do yaar. Is Noida even the right place now?
