Noida rental hikes are unsustainable, change my mind.

My current rental agreement in Sector 21 is up next month, and the landlord wants a 25% hike. Is this 30-40% rent increase over two years even justified? I work in real estate, but as a tenant, it feels like pure exploitation. Kya scene hai Sector 137 ya 150 mein? Young professionals ke liye best areas kaun se hain, considering commute to Expressway? Will rents stabilize or just keep soaring?
