Noida rental market: Confused about the crazy jumps
I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how much rental costs have shot up in Noida. My current 2BHK in Sector 78, where I've been for 2.5 years, has seen rent jump almost 30% in the last two years. Matlab, it's wild. I was looking at some 3BHKs near Noida Extension and Pari Chowk; rents there are even crazier. Is this rent hike justified for everyone? Will it stabilize, ya aise hi badhta rahega with Jewar Airport and all? As a potential landlord down the line, I'm also curious about the actual rental yield. Is investing in property for rental income still making sense given these high rents, or are tenants just getting fleeced? Seems like a tough situation for both sides. Has anyone else faced this kind of jump?

Totally feel you, OP! My 2BHK in Sector 137 also jumped almost 25% last year. Landlord bola inflation hai, aur demand zyada hai. I was thinking of buying but ab toh lagta hai EMI bhi rent jitni hi ho jaayegi. Bahut confusion hai, samajh nahi aa raha invest karein ya wait karein. Is this really sustainable for tenants, ya log shift karna shuru kar denge?
