Spent Sunday checking options in Sector 107 and 150. My kids moved out, so this big house feels empty, planning to sell. Looking for a compact 2BHK. Rents for tenants shot up 30-40% in 2 years, par rental yield for landlords still seems low, 2-3% only. Matlab, brokers ka game hai ya owners ko itna hi milta hai? Is investing for rent still sensible in Noida? Kya scene hai?

Totally agree, bhai. Main bhi Noida mein 2BHK dekh raha tha, Sector 150 mein. Rents sunke lagta hai ki owner toh kama raha hai, but jab calculate karo toh yield kuch bhi nahi. Meri toh samajh nahi aa raha ki EMI bharun ya rent hi deta rahun. Confused hoon yaar.
Sahi baat hai. Lekin as a first-time buyer, humare liye toh rent bhi heavy lagta hai. Aapka current rent kitna hai wahan, agar share kar sakte ho toh?
