Noida rental yields: are they actually achievable?

Sector 48 keeps popping up. I'm Dubai-based, so site visits are tough. Are advertised rental yields real? AMBR Construction Pvt Ltd projects promise high ROI, but is it true? Need property manager recommendations too.
