Noida RERA complaints are mostly for show.

Just moved into County by CBPL Homes last month, aur already dimag kharab ho gaya hai. Possession March mein mila, but OC abhi tak pending hai. Builder ne bola tha RERA compliant hai sab, but agreement mein itne hidden clauses the, especially for delay penalties, woh ab samajh aa rahe hain. Unhone ₹50,000 extra maange OC ke naam pe, which wasn't clear pehle. RERA mein complaint karna chahta hoon, but not sure if it's actually effective. Koi experience hai kya Noida mein RERA complaints ka? Matlab, does it really help ya bas paper pe hai? Kya options hain agar builder OC delay kare aur extra charges maange? Bahut frustating hai yaar, lagta hai fas gaya.
