Builder ka RERA registration kaise check karte hain, sahi mein effective hai kya? Koi red flags hain jo look out karne chahiye? Aur title verification, is it really that crucial for new projects? Builders bolte hain sab clear hai, but I'm not sure. Agar possession delay hua toh RERA mein kya legal options hain? Parents bolte hain bohot frauds hote hain. Any advice for a first-time buyer?
