Everyone talks about RERA protecting buyers, but honestly, for NRIs like me who can't visit, it feels like a paper tiger. How do you even verify a builder's legal track record remotely? I'm worried about title issues and getting stuck if there are delays. Is RERA actually effective for complaints, or is it just on paper? What's the real ground truth about getting things enforced? Totally agree with you, bhai! I'm also a first-time buyer in Noida Extension, and this RERA thing feels like a big show-off. My agent keeps pushing Saraswati Executive Home by Chouhan Builders too, but jab tak site visit na ho, how can we trust? Remote verification is a nightmare. Mera toh budget tight hai, ek galat decision pura paisa dooba dega. Is there any way to actually check a builder's past projects from abroad, especially for their RERA compliance history?
