Noida Extension RERA cases. Honestly, builder-buyer agreements mein clauses abhi bhi itne one-sided hain. Gaurs Sports Wood jaise projects mein delays hote hain, RERA complaint ka process kitna effective hai? Lagta hai bas paperwork hai, real relief nahi milta. Change my mind.

But execution mein itna time laga diya aur itne appeals daal diye unhone ki humara budget pura hil gaya. Woh penalty milte-milte itna late ho gaya ki koi faayda nahi hua. Sirf ek notice ban ke reh gaya.
Success story toh nahi hai bhai. Mere ek dost ne Alpha I, Greater Noida mein try kiya tha, bas dates hi badhte rahe. Koi real relief nahi mila, sirf paperwork badh gaya. Builder ne phir bhi apni marzi chalayi.
