Hidden costs mein ek cheez log bhool jaate hain, interior renovation. Purana flat hai toh kitchen, bathroom, painting mein accha kharcha aa jata hai. Uska budget pehle se bana ke rakhna. Sector 19 ke flats generally old hain, so this is a big one. Kya aapne koi specific society dekhi hai?
Negotiation ka scope is there, but check property age and builder reputation. My friend bought in Alistonia Estate, wahan builder ne possession mein bohot delay kiya tha. Resale mein woh headache nahi hota, but check for structural issues ya outdated fittings. Broker fees bhi negotiate karna!
