Since last Diwali I've been eyeing properties, but ab toh headache ho gaya hai. My 2BHK in Godrej Sector 150 was supposed to get possession soon, but looks like delay hoga. I'm worried about resale later. Log bolte hain Noida mein exit karna mushkil hai. Is it true? Should I hold for 5-7 years for good appreciation, ya jaldi nikalna better hai? Any experience?

Totally understand your dilemma! Noida mein delays toh common ho gaye hain. Godrej 150 is a good project though, prime location. I'm also looking for something similar, so your question is very relevant.
Prime location but connectivity abhi bhi issue hai. Aur resale value kya milegi for a 2BHK in 150? Will it even find buyers easily?
