Noida resale market: Finding a decent society is tough.

Resale property dekh raha hu Noida mein since the kids have moved out. Don't need such a big place anymore, want something manageable. Kya kisi ko pata hai how's the resale market in Yakubpur? I'm looking for a 2 or 3 BHK with a lift, near a decent hospital. Budget around 1.5cr. Has anyone dealt with Skyline Builders in resale? Honestly not sure if I should go for under-construction. Heard too many horror stories about RERA and delayed possessions. Should I just stick to ready-to-move? Also, confused about Sector 75 vs Sector 78. Which one has better societies for senior citizens? Investment wise, sahi rahega ya nahi? EMI vs rent, which makes more sense considering resale of existing property?
