Came across this video about the ultra luxury penthouses in Noida Sector 107. Looks pretty swanky inside, you know, proper high-end finishes and all. But I'm honestly not sure about the 'ultra luxury' tag for that specific area. Noida mein itna premium price point justify ho payega kya? Amenities dikhaaye hain kaafi acche, but I'm thinking about the real value for money. Kya aap logon ko lagta hai Sec 107 mein itna invest karna makes sense? Any other areas ya projects you guys are looking at in a similar bracket?

Exactly what I was thinking! The video did look amazing, but my budget for 'ultra luxury' in Noida is... well, it's a first-time buyer budget, haha. Any other areas ya projects you guys are looking at in a similar bracket but maybe more realistic?
Ultra luxury in Sec 107? Bhai, sounds a bit too much na? Price toh bahut high hoga. Isse better options nahi milenge kya kahin aur?
