posted on 9 MayNoida secondary market deals: Brokers vs. direct owner – where's the real value?
Sector 50 Fusion Buildtech ke projects dekh raha hoon. I'm based in Dubai, so physical site visits are tough. Everyone says go direct to the builder for new properties, but honestly, I think that's a big mistake for investors. Secondary market mein negotiation ka scope bilkul zyada hota hai, especially with owners who need liquidity. Builder toh apni price pe adhe rehte hain, Jewar Airport hype ka fayda utha ke. But resale mein, you can actually push for a better total cost. Mera question hai: broker ke through deal karna sahi hai ya seedha owner se baat karni chahiye, even remotely with POA? Broker commission justify karta hai ya sirf extra cost hai? Change my mind. Koi real experience share karega?
