Noida Sector 107: Hidden risks for NRI investors?
Something about Noida Sector 107 doesn't quite add up to me, especially for someone like me based in Dubai. I'm looking to invest there, maybe for a 2BHK, but can't do site visits easily. Builder ka track record aur legal clarity ko lekar thoda worried hoon. Are there any hidden red flags or common issues with projects in 107? I heard about some possession delays in nearby sectors, not sure if that applies here too. Also, managing it from abroad will be tough; any advice on reliable property managers or how power of attorney works out for NRIs? Should I be more concerned about OC/CC status ya registry? Hope someone can share their ground reality experiences.
