Noida Sector 107: Is this the right time to invest?

Noida Sector 107 – been hearing a lot about this area lately. I'm looking to buy my first property, honestly a bit overwhelmed. Is Sector 107 still a good investment, or has it already peaked? Prices seem high. Do you guys think there's still upside here? Or should I look at other sectors for better value right now? Not sure what to do.
