Did some research on Noida Sector 107 prices from Dubai this weekend. I'm based here, so can't do site inspections myself. Pura community bol raha hai ki prices kaafi upar chale gaye hain pichhle 1-2 saal mein. Is it worth buying now ya thoda wait karna chahiye? Log bol rahe hain 12-15k/sqft chal raha hai, sahi hai kya? Also, legal checks, power of attorney, aur rental management for NRIs, iska kya process hota hai? Any tips on finding a reliable property manager?

Bhai, tumhari baat bilkul sahi hai. Mai bhi dekh raha hu Sector 107 mein. Prices literally sky-rocketed hain. Pichhle saal 9-10k/sqft tha, ab toh 13-14k se neeche koi baat hi nahi karta. Samajh nahi aa raha hai ki yeh bubble hai ya actual growth. Mera budget bhi tight hai, lagta hai thoda wait kar lena chahiye ya phir kahin aur dekhu jaise Alpha II Greater Noida mein?
