Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Noida Sector 107. Fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se. Finally taking the plunge. But prices wahan kaafi upar chale gaye hain pichhle 1-2 saal mein, I think. Is it still a good time to buy there, ya wait karna chahiye for a dip? EMI vs rent math toh sahi lag raha hai, but not sure if I'm buying at a peak. Kya lagta hai community ko, Sector 107 mein abhi entry leni chahiye ya thoda hold karein for better value?

Yaar, totally relate! I also checked out Sector 107 last month. Prices have really shot up. My broker showed me some options and I was shocked. Lag raha hai peak pe khareed rahe hain, but rent se toh better hi hai. Confused AF.
Haan bhai, same experience. Rent se toh dimaag kharab ho gaya hai, especially after the last hike.
