So, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 112, Noida. What's the rental yield potential there? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about future development plans near Sector 112? Also, anyone has experience with Dream Kraft Infrastructure Pvt Ltd? Their projects look good, but mujhe advice chahiye on their reliability. Is it worth investing in under-construction property now? What do you think? Which one is better, ready-to-move or under construction?
