Watched this video on Sector 150 Noida, showing off projects by ATS, Godrej, and others. The video talks up the 'excellent connectivity' to Noida Expressway and Jewar Airport, plus 'world-class infrastructure' with wide roads and sports facilities. They really emphasized the luxury amenities too. Honestly, I'm wondering if all those infrastructure and amenity claims are actually there yet. Anyone living or investing there now?
