Noida Sector 155 - overrated or the real deal?

Okay, I'll say what no one says: Is Sector 155 in Noida actually worth the hype? Everyone's going crazy for it, but are the prices justified? I'm looking for a 3BHK at least, good schools nearby are a must for the kids' admission. Wife wants a safe society. JSS BUILDCON PVT LTD projects are tempting, but are they delivering on time? Has anyone experienced delays with them? What's the real deal with rental yields there, bhi? Kya aap logon ko pata hai? I'm torn between under-construction and ready-to-move. Need advice chahiye yaar. Change my mind if I'm wrong.
