Okay, I'll say what nobody says: Sector 162 isn't *that* amazing. Just moved in last month. Everyone glorifies the connectivity, but nobody talks about the constant traffic noise. Honestly, I'm wondering if I should've gone for Greater Noida instead. Bigger flats for the same price, right?
