Noida Sector 68 or Greater Noida West for investment?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida real estate. I'm confused between Sector 68 and Greater Noida West. Sector 68 seems developed, but Greater Noida West offers better prices currently. What do you think? Which one has better ROI in the long run? Also, has anyone invested with Hawelia Group? Their projects look promising, but I'm a bit skeptical. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their construction quality and delivery timelines? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it a good time to buy now, or should I wait for prices to correct further? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
