Noida Sector 78 mein invest karna sahi hai?

Hi all, I'm planning to upgrade to a 3BHK in Noida, maybe Sector 78. Wife wants a good society, safe for kids, near a good school. I've been looking at B.L.Gupta Construction (P) Ltd. Anyone has experience with them? Also, should I go for ready-to-move or under-construction? Kya aap logon ko pata hai Sector 78 mein rent vs buy ka kya scene hai? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Thanks!
