Noida Sector 79 investment: Good idea?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in property in Noida, specifically Sector 79. What do you think about the area's potential for appreciation in the next 5 years? Has anyone here invested in Sector 79 recently? What's your take on the current market conditions - buyer's or seller's market right now? Also, I've heard mixed reviews about Supertech Ltd. Kya kisi ko Supertech ke projects mein koi experience hai? Are there any risks I should be aware of before investing? Mujhe advice chahiye about the best time to buy.
