Noida Sector 97 traffic is a daily struggle

Sector 97 — just moved in last month, and honestly, still figuring things out. Things nobody told me before buying here, the actual day-to-day living is kinda different. The traffic during peak hours near the main roads is something else, is it always this bad? I'm talking proper nightmare, not just a bit slow. Also, the maintenance charges feel a bit steep for what we're getting. Is the RWA actually effective or just collecting funds? Really looking for some first-hand experiences from long-term residents on these points. Any upcoming developments I should know about?
