Yaar, found this video about service apartments in Noida, quite interesting. They're saying yields can hit 6-8% compared to just 2-3% for regular flats. Main point toh 'hands-free' management hai, no tenant headaches ya RWA drama. Like, a 400 sqft studio earning way more as a hotel suite. Sounds good, but is it really that simple? Yaar, ye service apartments ka concept sunke toh lag raha hai jackpot lag gaya! Noida mein 6-8% yields, woh bhi 'hands-free' management ke saath? Current market mein jahan regular flats mushkil se 2-3% dete hain, yeh toh game-changer lag raha hai. Video mein bol rahe the ki 400 sqft studio ko hotel suite bana ke double paisa kamao. Sunne mein toh bahut acha lag raha hai, but is it really that simple? Koi catch toh nahi hoga na?
