Honestly, I think the hype is real, but only for specific projects in prime locations.
Been burned before. I'm sticking to resale properties for now. Less risk.
So, is it a good time to buy, or should I wait for the market to cool down? What's everyone's opinion?
Guys, don't just look at the glossy brochures. Visit the actual sites. See the construction quality for yourself.
Remember Amrapali? Lesson learned: due diligence is key.
Sector 44 mein rate kya chal raha hai for 3BHK apartments?
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is Noida, after all.
Possession status kya hai for Supertech projects in Noida? Anyone know?
Don't even go there. Supertech is a mess. Stay away.
Their Emerald Court case should be enough to scare anyone off.
Sector 94 is prime location. Close to Delhi. But prices are insane.
The new metro line extension will definitely help property values. Especially along the Noida Expressway.
I'm seeing a lot of NRI interest in these luxury projects. They have the cash to splash.
What about the upcoming Jewar airport? Won't that drive up prices in the long run?
Definitely. But that's a long-term game. 5-7 years minimum. If you need returns sooner, look elsewhere.
I'm a first-time buyer, totally confused. So many options, so many builders...
Don't rush into anything. Do your research. Visit multiple sites. Talk to residents.
And check the builder's financial health! Many are over-leveraged.
My experience? Builders always promise the moon, but deliver a crater.
I'm looking in Sector 75. Mahagun Moderne. Any thoughts?
Mahagun is decent. I've heard mixed reviews about their maintenance though.
My friend lives there. Says the parking is a nightmare.
Luxury? More like 'luxury' prices for average amenities. Builder log toh loot rahe hain.
I bought in Jaypee Greens three years ago. Thought it was the 'next big thing'. Abhi tak ROI nahi mila bhai.
Seedhi baat no bakwas! I agree, Noida is definitely seeing some action in the luxury segment. But is it sustainable? That's the question.
Overpriced hype, I think. Luxury is just a label they slap on to charge extra. Show me the actual infrastructure improvements first.
Haan bhai, Noida mein toh infrastructure abhi bhi... well, you know. But Sector 150 is looking promising. What do you guys think about ATS Pious Hideaways?
Sector 150 is good, but far from everything. Need to factor in commute time to Delhi/Gurgaon.
ATS is a reputable builder, but their projects are always delayed. Check the RERA registration number carefully.
