Guys, I'm confused between Sikka Kirat Greens and Blue Spectrum in Noida. Location wise, which one has better connectivity? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of both? Is Blue Spectrum worth the higher price? Mujhe advice chahiye, which one offers better ROI? What do you think?
