Noida societies to avoid? Builder reputation?

Hey, saw this video claiming some Noida societies are problematic. It mentioned issues with past projects from a particular builder – delays and construction quality. I'm looking at properties in Sector 7x, and some are by the same builder. Has anyone here had direct experience with them? Were there actual possession delays or quality issues? Trying to avoid headaches, so any insights would be great. What's your take on their credibility?
