Noida Society Builder: Any real experiences?

Came across a video trying to guess a society in Noida. It looked pretty good from what they showed, but honestly, I'm more focused on the builder's reputation. Does anyone recognize the developer behind the project in the clip? I'm really trying to assess their track record. Heard some stories about possession delays and quality issues with certain builders here. Has anyone bought from them before? What was your experience with construction quality or timelines?

Yaar, I saw that video too! It looked fancy, but my biggest worry is the builder. Noida mein bahut builders ka track record kharab hai, especially with possession dates. My cousin booked a flat in Alpha II Commercial Belt a few years ago, and unki possession 2 saal late ho gayi. Builder ne bas bahane banaye. So, before getting swayed by fancy videos, we need to know who the builder is and unka background check karna bahut zaroori hai. Has anyone heard about any specific builder being notorious for delays?
