Guys, Noida real estate mein finally kuch movement dikh raha hai! Sunne mein aa raha hai ki Sports City projects ka ban uth gaya hai. Yeh news kaafi important hai for those of you who invested in Shiva Associates' Sports City projects. Approximately 32,000 flats ke registration aur approval ka rasta saaf ho gaya hai. Jin logon ne payment toh kar di thi but legal ownership nahi mili, unke liye yeh badi relief ki baat hai. Hopefully, this will bring back some positive sentiment in the market.
